BIOL 501 (3) Quantitative Methods in Ecology and Evolution A graduate course on quantitative methods for data analysis in ecology and evolution. The format is a mixture of lectures and discussions on methods and inference and practical workshops using the R package. Topics include graphics, experimental design, linear models, mixed effects, likelihood, model selection, and bootstrapping. Priority is given to Botany and Zoology students.
